Dont worry if you dont have experience, Claire has developed a home checkers guide and a form to fill in during the check which guides you through the questions to ask and what to look for. If we have quite a few new checkers Claire will organise a short training session too.
Once you have registered with Claire, when a home check comes up in your area, she will contact you with the potential owners details. You can then make contact and arrange a time to visit which suits you both. A full check takes around an hour and the aim is that at the end of it, we can feel confident that potential owners understand the commitment required and that the animals accomodation is of a large enough size and a good standard of security.
