NEW OPENING HOURS - 28/09/2005
Green Fields Rescue usually opens every weekend on a SUNDAY and you may visit during our opening hours without an appointment. Any changes to these times will be recorded on the answer machine so do call before you set out to check that we are open. 01344 488208.
SUNDAY 12 midday - 4pm
Please note that during opening hours we are unable to answer the telephone as well as assisting visitors so the answerphone will be operational during these hours. Please do leave a message and we will call you back after the centre closes.
If you are phoning with a genuine EMERGENCY only, such as a rabbit or guinea pig in immediate distress or danger you may call our emergency number on 07739 147266.

A REQUEST FROM LORNA AND JAMIE:
The administration and hands on care involved in the running of the rescue from our home is a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year job, with no days off that we do in addition to our paid employment. We both work shifts and this all means we have very little private time to spend with each other and our own animals (and are sometimes grabbing sleep when everyone else is awake!) Therefore, outside of the weekend opening hours we respectfully request that you do make an appointment before you visit so that we can be on top form to offer you the attention and friendly welcome we always want to give to our visitors....because your support of the rescue is vital to its continuation.
